COMPLAINTS
In the event that your item does not work properly, you can claim the warranty. We have a 1 or 2 year warranty on all electronic devices in our offer.
The guarantee does not apply in the case of:
• physical injuries
• wear due to use
• defects caused by incorrect, inappropriate and negligent use of the item
In case of a complaint, be sure to contact us at our e-mail address info@wickedinktattoo.eu before sending the item. The item must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging with all accompanying equipment. Otherwise, the claim will be rejected or partially resolved.
In case of a complaint, send the product to the address CN EUPORT d.o.o., Arharjeva 40, 1210 Ljubljana. Attach the completed REFUND, EXCHANGE AND COMPLAINT FORM to the package. Without the attached form, we will not process your request.
If you do not have the option of printing, you can write the required information on a sheet of paper and attach it to the advertised product.
The cost of shipping is always covered by the sender. We do not accept redemption shipments.
We will resolve the complaint within 8 working days of receiving your package.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Within 14 days from the date of purchase, you have the option of returning the purchased items, and you are entitled to exchange the item or refund.
The item you want to return or replace must be undamaged. It must be returned in the original and undamaged packaging with all supplied equipment (instructions, cables, bags ...). Otherwise, the claim will be rejected or partially resolved.
Within 14 days of receiving the package, you need to inform us in writing that you are withdrawing from the contract (via email or mail) and within 14 days of notification return the product to our address CN EUPORT d.o.o., Arharjeva 40, 1210 Ljubljana. Attach the completed REFUND, EXCHANGE AND COMPLAINT FORM to the package. Without the attached form, we will not process your request. If you do not have the option to print, you can write the required information on a piece of paper on the form.
In the event that we do not receive a written notice of termination of the contract within 14 days of receipt of the shipment, return or exchange will not be possible.
The replacement is possible for the same product or a product of the same value. Replacement for a cheaper product is not possible. In case that the replaced product is more expensive, surcharge is required.
